Job Summary:
- Oversee projects from start to finish in a full capacity
- Willingness to travel to the jobsite and stay out of town during the work week
- Maintain a schedule and budget throughout the project
- Service an already established customer base on regular basis to ensure their needs are being met
- Gather quotations and estimates as needed, while working alongside the estimating and purchasing department
- Assure that quality standards are met onsite
- Work directly with all Subcontractors and in-house labor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction materials and building practices
- A working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Excel and Word
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Ability to do material takeoffs using AutoCAD or blueprints a plus
- Able to work both in an office setting and onsite where safety is vital and weather may be extreme
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate in a genuine way
