Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities & duties:

1. Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and labourers, ensure site safety, security.

2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.

3. Interpret and understand architectural drawings and specifications will preferable.

4. Verify compliance with design intent and regulations, also identify potential design- related issues.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

6. Monitor and enforce quality standards and specifications.

7. Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deficiencies.

8. Quantify materials and labour requirements.

Qualifications

1. Having previous construction supervision experience will preferable.

2. Having Bachelor, s degree (any science stream will preferable).

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials.

4. Having architectural drawing interpretations and measurement and quantification.

5. Excellent communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.

6. An ability to manage time and workload efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
