The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and timelines
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure material availability and proper usage at site
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and government regulations
• Control project costs and minimize wastage
• Handle quality checks and site inspections
• Resolve site issues and technical challenges
• Ensure timely completion of projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and materials
• Ability to manage manpower and multiple site activities
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic project reporting

Preferred Experience

• Residential / Commercial / Industrial project experience
• Experience handling contractors and large labor force
