Construction Supervisor and/or Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction and renovation projects of villa's and apartments, from start to completion.
• Carry out site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare and share quotations with clients, explaining project scope and requirements clearly.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress, budgets, and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Oversee material procurement and validate supplier quotations.
• Develop project timelines, reports, and related documentation.
• Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication and effective issue resolution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in residential construction (UAE experience is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, maintenance procedures, project planning, and handling teams.
• Skilled in preparing, presenting, and negotiating client quotations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
