Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Civil Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to manage

day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. The candidate will

supervise labour teams, ensure quality work as per drawings, control material usage,

and maintain safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work (RCC, brickwork, plastering, concreting, finishing, etc).
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring, etc.
• Allocate tasks to labours and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily labour productivity and efficiency.
• Check material quality (cement, steel, sand, aggregate, bricks).
• Control material wastage and monitor consumption.
• Ensure proper line, level, alignment, and dimensions.
• Maintain site safety and compliance.
• Submit daily progress reports to Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction (residential preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of concrete grades (M20, M25 etc.).
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or relevant field experience.
• Candidates with good experience in villas, independent houses, or low-rise apartments
• will be given preference.
