Salary

• $105,000/year – With Construction Management Degree (DOE)

• $95,000/year – non-degree candidates with 10+ years’ experience (DOE)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for a long-term special project located in Houston, TX 77058 . This position is expected to last at least two years and offers stable hours with a reputable organization.

The Construction Supervisor will oversee construction activities, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects from planning through completion

• Review site inspections and prepare project reports

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and equipment usage

• Coordinate engineering, fabrication, and construction phases

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes

• Review drawings and cost estimates

• Provide status and financial updates to management

• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating project staff

Qualifications

One of the following is required:

• Construction Management degree, or

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience

Preferred:

• Certified Construction Manager

• Experience with cost estimating software

• Government or NASA project experience

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (NASA badge clearance)

• Valid Texas driver’s license

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

• Strong English communication skills

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 40 hours per week

• Long-term project (estimated 2+ years)
