Construction Trade Workers ( Concrete, Masonry and General Construction)

We are looking for a Journeymens who share our vision, values and most importantly has a positive outlook. Following is the list of requirements that we are seeking in a potential candidate:

General Requirements:

• Strength & endurance — lifting blocks, carrying materials, using heavy tools.
• Hand-eye coordination — every cut, pour, and level adjustment matters.
• Balance & agility — working on scaffolding, bending, kneeling, and sometimes at heights.
• Concrete finishing & formwork — knowing how to set forms, pour, level, and finish concrete so it’s both functional and beautiful.
• Bricklaying, block laying, and stone setting — precise measurement and alignment to create sturdy structures.
• Mixing materials correctly — proper ratios of cement, sand, gravel, and water.
• Using tools safely and efficiently — trowels, mixers, screeds, saws, levels, floats, and more.
• OSHA safety standards (personal protective gear, safe lifting, proper scaffolding use).
• Must be a people person with pleasant personality.
• Must be self-driven, punctual and proactive.
• Must have NYC DOB SST card and OSHA Card.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (5) years of hands-on experience in skilled trade (carpenter, cement mason, bricklayer or any other skill)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
