Construction Tradesman

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be capable of performing a wide range of tasks. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites. The Tradesman will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety.

*Duties*

- Restore and repair structures, including drywall work, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

- Utilize power tools effectively for tasks such as cabinet installation, drywall installation, and plumbing.

- Collaborate with other tradesmen and construction management to ensure project timelines are met.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

*Skills*

- Proficient in restoration techniques, particularly drywall applications.

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.

- Skilled in using power tools for various applications, including cabinet installation and carpentry

- Ability to read schematics accurately to execute project plans effectively.

- Basic plumbing skills are preferred for completing necessary installations or repairs.

- Familiarity with working on construction sites, understanding the dynamics of teamwork and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
