🧱 Construction Instructor / Assessor – Saudi Arabia

Location: Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month renewable contract

Employer: Davison Global – Partners in Education

Salary: £42,000–£54,000 (tax-free) per annum + benefits

About the Opportunity

Davison Global is working in partnership with leading technical and vocational colleges across Saudi Arabia , supporting the national drive to upskill the workforce in key industrial sectors.

We’re seeking experienced Construction Instructors and Assessors to join our clients’ international teaching teams delivering vocational training programs aligned with UK standards (City & Guilds, Pearson, EAL, NOCN, etc.).

This is an exciting opportunity for industry-qualified professionals who are passionate about training the next generation of tradespeople and looking to gain valuable international teaching experience .

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in construction-related disciplines (e.g., brickwork, civil construction, plant operations, HSE, or general trades).
  • Conduct practical and classroom-based lessons in accordance with City & Guilds or equivalent awarding body standards.
  • Assess learners against qualification criteria and maintain accurate learner progress records.
  • Ensure safety and compliance in all workshop and site-based training.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recognised teaching or assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, D32/33, PTLLS, or equivalent).
  • Vocational qualification in a construction or related trade.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of instructional, assessor, or site experience.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Prior overseas or TVET (Technical & Vocational Education and Training) experience is an advantage but not essential.
