Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
• Carry out tasks such as mixing materials, loading and unloading supplies, and operating basic tools under supervision
• Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily activities
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep them in optimal condition
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, or materials as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and reliably
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
• Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between sites
