Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Worker who is also capable of operating a small truck to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, flooring, and finishing work.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned duties.
• Load, unload, and transport materials around the construction site using a small truck; ensure proper securing of loads for safety.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
• Support site management with inspection tasks such as quality checks on plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming, or restoration efforts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general construction work across various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or remodeling.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating small trucks or similar vehicles; clean driving record preferred.
• Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with construction estimating or inspection is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Pay: $225.00 - $250.00 per day
