Construction Worker (Podgorica, Montenegro)

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for tiling and plastering by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing.
• Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and grouts for tile installation.
• Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment.
• Ensure all work meets the specified standards and requirements.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other team members.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Repair and replace damaged tiles and plaster as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Pay: From KD350.000 per month
