We are hiring skilled and hardworking construction workers to join our team for various ongoing projects across Dubai.

Available Positions

• Building / Shuttering Carpenter – 2 Nos.
• Mason – 1 No.
• Technician – 2 Nos.
• Helper / Labor – 2 Nos.
• Steel Fixer – 1 No.

Job Responsibilities (General)

• Perform assigned construction and maintenance tasks as per supervisor’s instructions.
• Maintain workplace safety and follow all site rules and regulations.
• Operate basic hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Ensure timely completion of work with quality and efficiency.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and equipment (for helpers).

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the respective trade (UAE or home country).
• Physically fit and capable of working long hours in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

For Skilled Trades (Carpenter, Mason, Technician, Steel Fixer):

• Salary: AED 1,200 + AED 200 Fixed OT (10 hours duty + additional OT)
• Accommodation, kitchen facility, and transport: Provided by company

For Helpers:

• Salary: AED 1,000 + AED 200 Fixed OT (10 hours duty + additional OT)
• Accommodation, kitchen facility, and transport: Provided by company
