Position Overview

The Senior Consultant is responsible for directing client engagements to develop and implement systems, applications, and services. They coordinate with clients to establish requirements, define project scope, and communicate status, issues, features, and release plans. The Senior Consultant manages all stages of project planning, implementation, and deployment, providing critical guidance and recommendations for network infrastructure and software design.
To succeed in this role, you must be insightful, results-driven, and a technology leader capable of driving processes for managed services clients.
Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence for quality deliverables
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations for complex problems
  • Architect technology solutions for business challenges
  • Lead client discovery meetings, clearly articulating scope, approach, and effort for proposals
  • Coach and mentor consulting team members
  • Support Microsoft networks, desktops, servers, and virtual environments
  • Resolve system and network issues for clients
  • Manage system implementations and migrations
  • Identify and implement improvements to clients' systems and infrastructure
  • Provide strategic IT consulting, aligning technology initiatives with business goals
  • Oversee product management, including vision, strategy, and roadmap for successful delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.

Job-related Experience
  • Customarily has at least 10 years’ technical experience
  • Customarily has at least 7 years’ position specific experience
  • Customarily has at least 5 years’ of customer-facing project experience.
  • Experience in VMware, Citrix, O365, Azure Salesforce, NetSuite, .Net, Program/ Project Management methodology, SDLC, Agile Frameworks
