Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Consultant and play a pivotal role in expanding our business network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new business clients, earning a competitive commission for every successful deal closed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients.
  • Conduct market research, prospect potential leads, and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients and negotiate contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Generate detailed reports on business development activities and results for management review.
  • Track all progress and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed set revenue targets through strategic outreach and closing new business deals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or consulting—preferably in a commission-based role.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and close business deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience more important.
