Job Title: Consultant

Experience : 1- 3 years

Location : Guwahati

Mode : Permanent

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role are broadly categorized into three core areas:

1. Program Management

  • Goal Alignment: Define clear program goals and objectives, ensuring they are consistently aligned with the overall project and organizational strategy.
  • Coordination: Coordinate multiple, inter-dependent projects within the program to ensure they progress efficiently and in a synchronized manner.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, providing regular, transparent updates on program progress and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance, highlighting achievements, identifying challenges, and formulating future plans.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor the end-to-end performance of the program, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

2. Transaction Delivery

  • Quality Execution: Deliver high-quality work and project components under the guidance of the respective team lead.
  • Timeliness & Accuracy: Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all project deliverables to meet client and project requirements.
  • Solution Development: Support the design and development of optimal solutions for clients by diligently gathering information and conducting comprehensive data analysis.

3. Business Development Support

  • Client Engagement: Interact and engage directly with client teams to deeply understand their evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Client Responsiveness: Assist the team lead in quickly responding to the client’s changing needs and strategic priorities.
  • Proposal Development: Provide support in the preparation and development of compelling proposals in response to requests from potential clients.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
