The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business objectives are effectively met through process improvements and technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and product to design and implement solutions
Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery of business initiatives
Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing, and solution validation
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses as needed
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and methodologies
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Masters preferred)
Experience
6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles
Proven experience leading large or complex business transformation or IT projects
Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Experience in Automobile Deal Management Systems
Technical Skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or digital transformation platforms such as SAP and Salesforce
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and organizational skills
