The Role
The Consultant will drive business growth by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities within our target audience to secure new revenue for our services across the Middle East markets. This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and positioning our solutions to meet the specific needs of prospective clients, while promoting the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement

Develop new business opportunities across all CSP Group service lines through a consultative, solution-led approach, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services.

Build and maintain a personal pipeline of opportunities through active relationship management, networking, referrals, and ongoing client engagement.

Develop and sustain a strong professional network of clients, introducers, and referral partners, including law firms, audit firms, business councils, and other intermediaries.

Progress opportunities from initial discussions through to proposal, negotiation, and conversion, ensuring a high standard of client experience throughout.

Represent CSP Group at relevant industry events and networking forums, with appropriate follow-up to convert engagement into opportunities.
Pipeline, Performance & Reporting

Maintain ownership of a well-managed and active pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately prioritised and progressed.

Prepare and submit a monthly performance report ahead of 1:1 meetings, covering client engagements, proposals issued, opportunities progressed, won and lost business, and progress against agreed targets.

Ensure the CRM is fully accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained as the central record of client interactions, pipeline activity, and performance data.

Achieve agreed new business KPIs and revenue targets aligned to individual objectives.
Knowledge, Quality & Internal Collaboration

Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of CSP Group services, jurisdictions, and regulatory considerations to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to clients.

Work closely with internal departments (including Licensing, Compliance, Labour & Immigration, and Finance) to validate client requirements, confirm feasibility, and ensure proposals and advice are commercially and operationally sound.

Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of information shared with clients, escalating queries internally where required before making commitments.
Collaboration & Professional Standards

Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop client-facing proposals, presentations, and supporting materials that clearly communicate CSP Group’s services and value.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance CSP Group’s visibility and reputation within relevant markets and sectors.

Act in accordance with the CSP Group Code and consistently represent the CSP Group brand professionally in all client and partner interactions.
Requirements for the Role
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales and client-facing role, with at least 3 years in the Professional Services or Corporate Services Provider (CSP) sector.

Proven experience working in target-driven environments, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Strong track record in consultative selling, business development, and building long-term client relationships.

Dedicated, passionate, and results-oriented, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software or CRM systems is an advantage

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory

Working hours & flexibility

Standard office hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
