Position: Consultant / Consultant
Reports to: Operations Lead / Advisory Finance Lead

Salary - 6 to 12 Lakhs pa

Role Summary:

The Senior Consultant will play a key role in financial and resource management for Advisory projects. This includes monitoring project financials, managing resource allocation, collaborating with engagement teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of performance management processes, tools, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively track and follow up on operational items such as AR balances, collection status, and project forecasts with engagement teams.
• Maintain visibility over consulting staff capabilities, availability, and utilization to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, operational matrixes, and regular reports tracking key KPIs.
• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and managing data using Excel
• Identify potential resource constraints or financial risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigating actions.
• Conduct analyses on capacity utilization, staffing availability, and project performance to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in financial, performance, and resource management systems.
• Provide guidance to project teams on financial management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, finance operations, preferably within consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proven experience working across teams and functions with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Quick to adjust to new challenges, priorities, and business needs.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
