Consultant – Accounting, Audit and Taxation

Requirements:

• Demonstrated practical knowledge in accounting in Computerized environment, planning and

finalizing audits of medium and large size Private Limited / Listed Companies including

working paper file documentation

• Hands-on experience in preparing full financial statements as per Ind IAS or IFRS
• Practical experience in preparation of computation of total taxable income, determining

deferred tax asset/ liability and corporate tax return filing on Tax Portal for Private Limited

Companies and Partnerships.

• Knowledge of financial statements disclosures, including ECL computation, Financial

Instruments, Lease accounting and Deferred tax accounting.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages or ERP Systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under strict deadline and multi-tasking; willingness to learn fast
• M.Com / Cost Accountant / CA Intermediate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification
