About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist or Consultant Andrologist to join our growing men's health clinic in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and treating male sexual health conditions, male infertility, hormonal disorders, and men's wellness concerns while delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive men's health consultations
• Diagnose and manage:
• Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
• Premature Ejaculation (PE)
• Low Testosterone (Hypogonadism)
• Male Infertility
• Sexual Performance Concerns
• Men's Hormonal Disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) programs
• Request and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when required
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical protocols
• Deliver excellent patient experience and patient satisfaction
• Support growth and development of men's health services within the clinic

Requirements

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter
• Specialist or Consultant qualification in Andrology, Urology, Reproductive Medicine, or related specialty
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong patient communication and counseling skills
• Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
• High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and patient care
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private healthcare or specialty men's health clinics
• Experience with TRT protocols and hormonal management
• Experience with fertility assessment and management
• Experience working in performance-driven healthcare environments
