Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the allocation and utilization of resources within a Business Unit.
Duties involve managing human resources and related finances to ensure efficient resource utilization and alignment with project or organizational goals.
Collaborate with business to assess resource needs, plan resource allocation, and address any resource-related challenges or constraints.
Ensure resources in pool are effectively placed in open positions
Responsible to drive maximum billability and decreased billable timelines
Well versed in reporting and strong analytical skills along with excellent communication and presentation skills
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team in ensuring role fulfilment is on time and quality profiles are being sourced to business
