- Examine and evaluate patients for skin, hair, and nail disorders.
- Diagnose dermatological conditions through clinical observation and tests.
- Prescribe medications, creams, or therapies for treatment.
- Perform procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, cauterization, and minor surgeries.
- Conduct cosmetic treatments like chemical peels, laser therapy, Botox, and fillers (if applicable).
- Educate patients about skincare routines and preventive care.
- Explain treatment plans, side effects, and expected results to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories.
- Follow up with patients to monitor progress and treatment response.
- Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dermatology instruments.
- Work in coordination with other doctors and healthcare staff.
- Supervise nursing and assisting staff during dermatology procedures.
- Stay updated on new dermatological techniques, medications, and research.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and infection control protocols.
