Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients
• Assess patient concerns & provide tailored treatment suggestions
• Explain treatment plans, procedures & outcomes clearly
• Build trust to help patients confidently begin treatments
• Collaborate with the team for smooth patient onboarding
• Maintain accurate consultation & follow-up records
• Stay updated on clinic’s treatment protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BSMS, or equivalent)
• 0–2 years of clinical or consultation experience
• Strong communication & patient-handling skills
• Ability to simplify treatments in a reassuring manner
• Prior experience in healthcare counseling/sales is a plus
