Consultant Doctor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide online medical consultations via phone, video, or chat.
• Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and provide appropriate advice, treatment, or referral.
• Prescribe medicines (as per BAMS/BHMS scope of practice and regulations).
• Guide patients on lifestyle, preventive care, and wellness management.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient interactions.
• Ensure adherence to telemedicine guidelines and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BAMS / BHMS from a recognized university.
• Valid registration/license with respective medical council/board.
• Previous clinical experience preferred (telemedicine experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Comfort with digital platforms, EMR systems, and teleconsultation tools.
• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
