Consultant Doctor

Role & Responsibilities:

Honour clients and provide the best consultation experience.

Take ownership of client treatments and their overall progress.

Maintain a clean and hygienic ambience in the branch at all times.

Ensure clients achieve proper and satisfactory results.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to track progress.

Oversee therapists’ treatment execution in line with company SOPs.

Handle client concerns and complaints in a professional manner.

Safeguard medical equipment, products, and company assets.

Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention.

Monitor and address existing client degradation effectively.

Requirements:

Passion for working in the Wellness Industry.

Strong sense of responsibility towards client treatments and satisfaction.

Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification:

BNYS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS & Pharm-D graduates.
