About the Role:

Looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Education Project Management Unit (PMU) in Vijayawada. The role focuses on driving large-scale education reform initiatives in collaboration with state education departments. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in government-led educational programs, and the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support education reform projects with SSA, SCERT, and Samagra Shiksha .

Develop project strategies, monitoring frameworks, and execution plans.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Monitor field-level implementation and evaluate project outcomes.

Engage with stakeholders across state, district, and mandal levels for alignment.

Contribute to curriculum design, assessments, teacher training, and ToT initiatives.

Support data-driven decision-making through education data analysis.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA (any stream).

Experience: 6–12 years in project management and education sector initiatives.

Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and team coordination.

Prior work in government ecosystems with experience in Andhra Pradesh.

Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

Project Management, Strategy, and Implementation.

Knowledge of ECCE, TVET, SSA, SCERT, and Samagra Shiksha programs.

Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project monitoring tools .

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with NEP 2020 and state-level education schemes.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with state/national education transformation projects .

Exposure to curriculum design, assessments, and capacity-building programs.

Understanding of government education structures and policy frameworks.
