Job Overview

We are seeking a Consultant Endocrinologist to provide virtual consultations to employees of our corporate clients via the CNH Provider app. This is a fantastic opportunity for endocrinologists who are passionate about remote patient care and want the flexibility to work from home or any location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Telemedicine Consultations: Provide video or audio consultations with corporate employees, diagnosing and managing endocrine disorders, offering advice on chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, thyroid issues), and preventive health.
• Collect Patient History & Document Consultations: Obtain relevant medical history, document consultations accurately, and adhere to CNH Care’s protocols and standards.
• Prescribe and Refer: Offer prescriptions where needed, and refer patients to specialist clinics, diagnostic centers, or hospitals for further care.
• Provide Health Education & Advice: Educate employees on endocrine health, including lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and preventive measures for managing or avoiding chronic conditions.
• Maintain Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure patient information is kept confidential and comply with data protection regulations and healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with the Care Team: Coordinate with other healthcare professionals at CNH Care to provide holistic care for patients, especially in complex or multi-disciplinary cases.
• Engage in Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up to date with advancements in endocrinology, telemedicine best practices, and CNH Care-specific protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS + DM or DrNB in Endocrinology: Valid medical license to practice in India is required.
• 1-3 Years of Clinical Experience: Experience in endocrinology or related fields (e.g., general medicine, internal medicine) is preferred.
• Telemedicine Experience: Previous experience in telemedicine is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex medical conditions and treatment plans clearly and empathetically through video/audio consultations.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using telemedicine platforms and digital tools. Training on the CNH Provider app will be provided.
• Time Management: Ability to manage a flexible schedule and provide timely follow-ups.
• Commitment to High-Quality Care: A patient-centric approach with a focus on accessibility, quality, and convenience for employees.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
