Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy (single and multi-rooted teeth) using rotary and manual techniques.
- Manage cases requiring endodontic retreatment, apicoectomy, or post-endodontic restorations.
- Provide emergency dental care for acute endodontic conditions.
- Collaborate with prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care.
- Ensure pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative protocols are followed per NABH standards.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste management.
- Use magnification (dental operating microscope or loupes) and advanced imaging (CBCT) where indicated
- Qualifications and Experience
- BDS with MDS in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from a DCI-recognized institution.
- BDS with Fellowship in Endodontist ( recognized institution)
- Valid registration with the State Dental Council.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience
