Consultant Gynaecologist

Ø Will be overall responsible to ensure that assigned clinics of the Sanstha are being efficiently and cost effectively run to provide client oriented quality affordable services.

Ø Quality affordable reproductive health and other services are delivered safely and within the legal framework

Ø To ensure that clinics comply with all client related and technical protocols, guidelines, manuals, policies, IOMs etc issued from time to time, as well as meeting all technically statutory requirements, as applicable

Ø Review and analysis of medical performance reports of various clinical services, analyze the same and take corrective actions as required.

Ø Appraise the team regularly about their performance, shortfall, protocol violations, drugs consumption, emergency management etc.

Ø Provide technical guidance & support to all the staff in the clinics particularly, doctors & nurses on various services, with particular emphasis on additional services, as also address any query/ problems and addressing Medico-legal queries.

Ø Effective liaisoning and networking with the government authorities at the State and Directorate levels and with other stakeholders.

Ø To carefully monitor theworking so that advance steps are taken so that no procedure/ consultation/ staff issue/ or any other issue results in legal notices or cases

Ø All statutory obligations are being met

The Medical Supervisors , responsible for a set of clinics, with direct reporting, would be reporting to the Chief Manager. In turn, would report to the President. Will receive support from Accounts, MIS, Marketing and Medical services of the Division as well as other support staff in the organization such as HR, Legal, Finance, Communication etc.

EXTENSIVE TRAVEL WOULD BE REQUIRED.

Skills: Should be mature and possess excellent leadership qualities, organizational and administrative skills, with a flair for people management.
Desired profile of the candidate:

• Essential: MBBS, M.D, M.S- MPH / MHM/PGHM

• Desirable: Should have an experience of at least 10 years in a senior position in Administraion, with min.3-5 years in Obs. & Gynae from a recognized Hospital or House job in Obs. & Gynae

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per day
