Consultant Gynecologic Oncology Surgeon (UK Trained) - Dubai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Gynecologic Oncology Surgeon with UK training to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in the diagnosis, surgical management, and treatment of gynecologic cancers, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered oncology care within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage gynecologic malignancies including ovarian, cervical, uterine, vulvar, and endometrial cancers
• Perform advanced gynecologic oncology surgeries including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
• Develop individualized cancer treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary oncology teams
• Provide perioperative, postoperative, and long-term oncologic care
• Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, and supportive care teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with DHA and international healthcare standards
• Contribute to medical education, research, and mentoring activities

Requirements:

• Medical Degree with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Fellowship/CCT or equivalent UK qualification in Gynecologic Oncology
• UK-trained candidate preferred
• DHA License Eligibility or active DHA License preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years of consultant-level experience in gynecologic oncology surgery
• Expertise in complex oncologic and minimally invasive surgical procedures
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and patient-management abilities
