Consultant & HOD Radiology

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant & HOD – Radiology for the Radiology Department.

Required Qualifications

FCPS/MCPS or equivalent qualification in Radiology (recognized by PMDC), with 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Teaching Hospital. Candidates with prior leadership or departmental management experience will be preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Radiology Department operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee radiological procedures, diagnostic accuracy, and patient safety standards.

• Monitor radiology procedures, CT/Ultrasound reporting, and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, PMDC/SHCC regulations, and quality protocols.
• Supervise radiologists, technicians, and support staff, including performance management and development.
• Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of radiology equipment and services.
