Candidate Profile
Role- Consultant, Market Research and Operations
Package- 500,000 per annum
9.5 hours Regular day shift and 5-day workweeks, weekends off. No need to carry workload home.
MBA Graduates required.
Must be proficient in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.
Candidates must have basic knowledge of computer and IT systems and their functioning.
Freshers and Experienced folks can also apply.
Candidates based out of Cochin would be preferred.
Must be proficient in Verbal and written English.
Experience with tools such as CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
As Consultant-Market Research and Operations, your job would involve mining and cleansing Data for our Inside Sales teams to run their campaigns. You would have to prepare the data using Various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Cognism, Google search, etc, and then enrich the data with the Phone Numbers, Email IDs, and other required details so that a Hot list is made available for our Sales Teams. (Training would be provided.)
The candidate must be able to understand and comprehend our client offerings and the target decision makers for their Products/Services for effective lead mining and communicating the same to our Inside Sales teams. The candidate must work closely with the Inside Sales team to launch E-mail campaigns, using tools like Saleshandy, Apollo.io, etc, and keep track of the responses. Frequent updating of the lead list is also required
In addition to that, you will also be responsible for Preparing Presentations, Client Decks, etc, for IndiLeads
Career Growth
If you perform well in your job for one year with minimal errors in the data sets for the accounts/clients tagged to you, you would be promoted to Senior Consultant- Market research and operations, where you would have newly Inducted Consultants tagged along with you. You would be responsible for their ramp-up. You are expected to equip them with the Knowledge, Best Practices, Tools, etc.
You would also be given an option to change your Career trajectory to the Sales function if that is your passion
