Consultant Neonatology

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Consultant Pediatrician (Neonatology) to join our growing healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical care to newborns, including critically ill and premature infants.
• Manage and supervise Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) cases.
• Lead neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based neonatal care protocols.
• Collaborate with obstetrics, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Medical Degree with specialization in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Consultant in Neonatology.
• Proven experience in NICU management.
• Valid medical license (SCFHS registration preferred for candidates inside KSA).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performance clinical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Western Board Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in tertiary or high-volume hospitals.
