As a Consultant - Ophthalmologist, you will specialize in diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide spectrum of eye diseases and conditions. You will provide exceptional patient care through both medical and surgical interventions, ensuring optimal visual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess patients’ medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat ocular conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disorders, and refractive errors.
• Conduct surgical procedures such as cataract extraction, LASIK, and other ophthalmic surgeries.
• Prescribe appropriate medical treatments and follow up on patient progress.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools like OCT, fundus photography, and visual field testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest advancements and best practices in ophthalmology.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in ophthalmology and a valid license to practice.
• Proven experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist with expertise in surgical and medical treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of eye anatomy, diseases, and state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment methods.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
