Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with vision problems and eye disorders
• Diagnose and treat a variety of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal diseases
• Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and retinal surgeries
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about eye health, treatment options, and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients and procedures
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and surgical techniques

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Board certification in Ophthalmology
• Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region
• Significant experience in diagnosing and managing various eye conditions and performing surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and handle high-pressure situations
