Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Optometrist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting ophthalmologists, performing accurate eye examinations, and ensuring high-quality patient care in accordance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Perform refraction and other optometry workups
• Assist ophthalmologists in pre-operative and post-operative evaluations and counseling
• Handle optical dispensing and patient counseling for vision correction solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR
• Ensure compliance with JCI protocols and clinical safety standard

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry (B.Optom or M.Optom) from a recognized institution
• Registered with Optometry Council
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in operating advanced optometric equipment (OCT, Perimeter, Fundus Camera, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment
