We are looking for an experienced and skilled Consultant Orthodontist to join our team. The Consultant Orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities, as well as managing complex orthodontic cases. In this role, you will work closely with our dental care team to provide comprehensive treatments that enhance patients' dental health and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients' oral structures and occlusion.
- Design and implement tailored orthodontic treatment plans to address various dental irregularities.
- Utilize advanced orthodontic techniques and technologies, including braces, aligners, and retainer appliances.
- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about orthodontic care, treatment options, and oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontics and maintain professional competence.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the medical records system.
Requirements:- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
- Board certification in orthodontics (preferred).
- Proven experience in providing orthodontic care and managing complex cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental technology and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
