Your work will encompass medical and surgical management of disorders including allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, throat disorders, and head and neck tumors. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with ENT disorders and interpret diagnostic imaging and tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include medical therapy and surgical interventions.
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, and neck.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care for complex cases.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Otolaryngology and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement programs.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an otolaryngology practice preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing a wide array of ENT disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement.
