We are currently seeking a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon to join our team at Allocation Assist Middle East in Abu Dhabi.
As a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to pediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from newborns to adolescents, and utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the patient's condition
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on the patient's individual needs
  • Perform surgical procedures, including casting, corrective surgeries, and fracture repair
  • Monitor and follow up on patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and their families on preventative measures and post-treatment care
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient
  • Keep updated with the latest medical advancements and techniques in pediatric orthopedics
  • Participate in staff meetings, educational events, and conferences to share knowledge and expertise
  • Comply with all regulatory and safety standards in patient care and practice management.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Pediatric Orthopedics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Orthopedic in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Proficient in performing surgical procedures and using the latest medical technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.
