We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Consultant Physician – Anesthesia to join one of our reputable healthcare clients in the Al Dhafra Region. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals who are committed to delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care in a patient-centered and multidisciplinary environment.

As a Consultant in Anesthesia, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures, while contributing to clinical excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess patients pre-operatively and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical and medical procedures
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage intraoperative care
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions when required
• Supervise and guide junior physicians and anesthesia staff
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Arabic speakers are preferred
• Proven experience in Anesthesia at a consultant level is highly desirable
