Consultant Physician – Cleft Lip & Palate / Oral & Maxillofacial - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Physician specializing in Cleft Lip & Palate and Oral & Maxillofacial (OMF) Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing congenital craniofacial conditions, facial trauma, reconstructive procedures, and multidisciplinary patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage cleft lip and palate conditions across pediatric and adult patients
• Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ENT, plastic surgery, orthodontics, speech therapy, and pediatrics
• Develop individualized treatment plans and surgical strategies
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical outcomes
• Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and continuous medical education activities

Requirements:

• Medical Degree with recognized specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Fellowship/Board Certification in relevant specialty
• DOH License Eligibility or active DOH License preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of consultant-level experience
• Strong expertise in cleft lip & palate management and reconstructive surgery
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
