Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Physician specializing in Pediatric Orthopedics to join a reputable government hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering specialized orthopedic care to pediatric patients, leading clinical decision-making, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions in infants, children, and adolescents

· Perform and oversee surgical and non-surgical treatments

· Provide expert consultation and treatment planning

· Lead ward rounds, case reviews, and clinical discussions

· Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff

· Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols

· Engage in patient and family education and support

· Contribute to service development, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

· Valid Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) License or Exam Pass

· Tier 1 qualification as per DOH guidelines

· Minimum 3+ years post-board experience in Pediatric Orthopedics
