Position Overview

We are seeking a Consultant Physician – Pediatric Cardiac Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. This senior role involves performing advanced cardiac procedures, leading clinical teams, and delivering exceptional care for pediatric patients. Ideal for an experienced specialist committed to improving young patients’ outcomes in a high-quality medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead pediatric cardiac surgical care, including pre-op planning, surgery, and post-op management.

· Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired heart conditions in children.

· Collaborate with cardiology, anesthesia, ICU, and surgical teams for optimal outcomes.

· Mentor junior physicians and medical staff.

· Communicate effectively with patients’ families, providing guidance and support.

· Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, hospital protocols, and international standards.

· Participate in research, audits, and clinical governance initiatives to improve care quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

· MBBS or equivalent medical degree.

· Valid DOH License or DOH Exam Pass.

· Dataflow verification completed (Tier 1 category).

· Fluency in Arabic is required.
