About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Consultant Physician to join our Telemedicine team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical consultations to patients through telehealth platforms, ensuring accurate diagnosis, timely advice, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual medical consultations via phone, video, or chat.
• Diagnose and treat a range of primary care and general medical conditions.
• Review medical histories, symptoms, and reports to provide accurate clinical advice.
• Recommend tests, medications, and treatments as per guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the system.
• Escalate cases requiring in-person consultation or emergency care.
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams for patient care coordination.
• Ensure adherence to all telemedicine protocols, clinical governance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Valid medical registration/license.
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (telemedicine experience is a plus).
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-interaction abilities.
• Comfortable with technology, digital tools, and electronic medical records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
