Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, aesthetic outcomes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatments.
- Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, blepharoplasty, and facelifts.
- Deliver reconstructive surgeries such as scar revision, post-trauma reconstruction, and congenital deformity correction.
- Administer non-invasive treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and thread lifts.
- Ensure comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, and anesthesiology teams for integrated patient care.
- Participate in CME activities, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification: Board-certified in Plastic Surgery (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
- Licensure: DHA license or eligibility letter required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or aesthetic clinic setting
- Proven track record in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach
