Consultant Psychiatry

Qualifications :

MBBS & FCPS/ FRCS/ MRCP or equivalent in a relevant specialty with a valid PMDC registration. Diploma in Healthcare Management or Administration would be a plus.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience as a Consultant in a recognized tertiary care hospital. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure while ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.
• Experience in strategic planning, effective resource utilization, and process improvement.

• Demonstrated experience in promoting a collaborative, professional, and positive work environment.
• Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital accreditation requirements.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes, safety, and overall organizational performance.
