Consultant Pulmonologist

Job Summary

Aspire Children’s Speciality Centre is seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Pulmonologist to join our multidisciplinary team, for both adult and paediatric cases. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing respiratory conditions with a patient-centric and evidence-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with respiratory disorders
• Diagnose and treat asthma, allergic airway diseases, infections, and chronic lung conditions
• Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs), spirometry, and related investigations
• Manage both OPD and IPD respiratory cases
• Provide patient and family education on disease management and preventive care
• Work closely with other specialists for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD / DNB / DM in Pulmonology (or equivalent)
• Valid Medical Council registration
• Experience in managing respiratory cases independently
• Paediatric exposure preferred but not mandatory
