Consultant Radiologist

Job Description

Spectrum is seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, providing accurate and timely reports, and working collaboratively with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on imaging studies including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, and MRI
• Perform and supervise image-guided procedures where applicable
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with clinical requirements
• Maintain compliance with medical, ethical, and legal standards
• Collaborate with referring physicians for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical audits
• Supervise and guide junior radiologists/technicians if required

Qualifications & Experience

• MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiology (recognized by NMC)
• Valid medical registration
• Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience
• Subspecialty expertise (e.g., musculoskeletal, neuro, fetal medicine, interventional) is an advantage
• Strong communication and reporting skills
