Pay Grade: Senior Manager
- Lead SAP SD implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process, optimizing pricing and document flow.
- Oversee customer master data for accuracy and consistency.
- Configure and customize sales documents, enhancing document flow and copy controls.
- Define output determination and manage document output processes.
- Integrate SAP SD with inventory and logistics modules for efficient order fulfillment.
- Configure and optimize complex pricing structures, discounts, and rebates.
- Implement and optimize credit management processes to minimize risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing expert advice on SAP SD functionalities.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality of SAP SD processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SD configurations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SAP SD processes.
- Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements.

Deliver high-quality results within specified timelines.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Proven experience in at least one SAP SD implementation project.
- In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
- Strong configuration skills in SAP SD, including pricing and output determination.
- Integration experience with other SAP modules, especially inventory and logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; SAP SD certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with SCM concepts and integration with SAP SD.
- Experience working with SCM modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).

Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
